Reception pupils may arrive at school from 8.45 am, and although the school day officially starts at 8.55 am parents may bring them to the Reception outside door to be met by the teacher or teaching assistant, who will take them into the class.
Children from Year 1 upwards may arrive at school from 8.45 am, where they are to stay in the school playground until the bell is rung at 8.55 am. Pupils then line up in classes and are taken in to school by their class teachers
